These terms govern the use of the Altai travel platform. By signing up on the website or in the Telegram bot, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Role of the platform

Altai is a marketplace: the platform provides travellers and partners with a technological service for finding, booking and paying for travel services. The actual provider of a service (tour, excursion, accommodation, event) is the partner who published the listing in the catalogue.

Booking and payment

• A booking is confirmed after a successful online payment or prepayment.
• The platform withholds a service fee from each transaction; the remaining amount is transferred to the partner.
• Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy in effect for the specific listing at the time of booking.

User obligations

Travellers agree to provide accurate contact details and to comply with the conditions of the selected service. Partners agree to publish accurate information about their services, prices and cancellation terms, and to deliver the paid services in full.

The platform may restrict access for users who violate these terms, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the rights of other users.
